Your Training Deserves More Meaning Than Just “Burning Calories”
Let’s talk about something way more important than reps and sets: purpose.
It’s easy to fall into the trap of just working out to burn off the chips you ate, check a box, or because your Apple Watch guilt-tripped you into it (anyone else annoyed by their watch yelling at them to calm down…just me? 😆🤪)
But here’s the deal:
When your workout has meaning—when it’s tied to a bigger goal, a challenge, a “why” that lights a fire in you—you stop showing up out of obligation… and start showing up with intention.
Maybe it’s getting strong enough to hike that mountain (I see you MSC Mt. Washington Hike Crew!), setting an example for your kids, feeling confident in your skin again, hitting a PR at PowerPalooza (👀 …check out the PS Below👇) or just proving to yourself that you’re capable of more.
Whatever it is, purpose is your anchor when motivation dips (and it will dip—life be lifin’).
