The MSC Program uses a combination of Strength and Conditioning to elicit the most efficient and effective response in the body.  Heavy weights, high intensity cardio and mobility  build strength in the entire body and increase the body’s metabolism helping our clients feel stronger and healthier in everything they do.  The classes in our program all work together to provide clients with results without injury.

STRENGTH

Kettlebell

50 minutes of Hardstyle Kettlebell Training; our instructors are trained at the School of Strength – StrongFirst.

CONDITIONING

ROW45

45 minute of rowing on WaterRowers. Engaging more than 80% of the muscle mass, rowing is arguable the most efficient form of cardiovascular exercise which is why it is referred to as “the perfect calorie burn.” Check it out.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

IronOAR

A combination of cardio on the WaterRowers with bootcamp style strength training using kettlebells, weight plates, TRX, bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and more!  55 minutes of heart pumping, sweat drenched metabolic conditioning to have you burning all day.

Kettlebell Metcon

30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with kettlebell swings, kettlebell ballistics, bodyweight plyometrics, dynamax balls, battle ropes…and who knows what else! This class will have your heart racing and your metabolism revving all day.
