Our Small Group Personal Training model gives you all the benefits of Private Training at a fraction of a price, and the fun atmosphere and energy of a group. We say it is like “Private Training with buddies”! With only 8 clients to 1 coach in session, clients get a high touch detailed coaching experience.
PRIVATE TRAINING
Completely flexible scheduling, high touch 1:1 attention plus accountability coaching in session and weekly check-ins. Private training is here for people who want to get serious about their goals and need a lot of support and accountability. Space is limited.
OPen Gym
Enjoy the freedom of our open gym sessions, where you can personalize your workout routine according to your preferences and fitness level. Our well-equipped facility provides a range of exercise options, allowing you to focus on cardio, strength training, or functional fitness exercises at your own pace.
