I am constantly blown away by our MSC fam. Seriously, you all inspire me on the regular.
The other day, I checked in with a client (because, let’s be real, if you know me, you know I’m a full-blown helicopter gym mom—always checking in, always making sure my people are good☺️).
I asked her how she was feeling, and she hit me with this:
“When I started, I felt like I was lugging around my body. Now, I feel like my body is strong and carrying me.”
And honestly? I’ve never heard a better f*cking reason to strength train.
Yeah, lifting weights makes you stronger, boosts metabolism, builds bone density, and improves heart health. But the real magic? It carries you through life.
✨ It helps you move through the world with confidence.
✨ It teaches you that you can handle hard things—inside and outside the gym.
✨ It carries you when life gets heavy, and even better? It helps you carry others.
So if you’ve been on the fence about getting stronger—or just needed a reminder of why you show up—let this be it. Strength training isn’t just about looking good. It’s about feeling unstoppable.
Keep showing up. Keep getting stronger. And if you need me? You already know I’ll be checking in. 😉
