MSC practices small group training designed to help people improve their overall fitness and increase metabolism through strength training, high intensity cardio and nutrition coaching. We don’t just “work out,” we train—we set goals for every individual in the gym and map a course towards achieving them. And while our workouts are serious we… are not. We believe that the best way to stick with a program is to enjoy it so MSC fosters a hard-working, fun-loving community.
